Como o terreno onde a casa se insere e num declive e a terra e argilosa, e normal no inverno com a chuva correr muita agua. Em face deste facto decidimos fazer uma caleira toda a volta da parte superior do terreno para escoar as aguas mais facilmente. Praticamente nao se vai ver e da uma garantia adicional de escoamenteo de aguas numa situacao de muita chuva.
